Anthem
Anthem is a planned suburb north of Phoenix that opened in 1998. The community was built by Del Webb originally, but other builders are now located there as well. The community will be the size of Flagstaff in terms of population at buildout. Anthem was voted best Master Planned Community in America in 2001 by National Association of Home Builders. Anthem consists of two areas, the Country Club and Parkside.
